My Review:
I won a copy of this book in a contest at a pre-release party.
This book combines all my favorite things. Shape-shifting, alternate worlds, war and love. Fanning myself didn’t help. I needed cold showers to cool off from the heat of this book. I am still amazed my kindle hasn’t melted yet. So much happens in this book that I couldn’t help but turn pages until the end.
A favorite passage of mine is right before Jace picks up Nadie to go to Dante’s house.
“She’d gone to sleep soon after Jace had left the night before, dreaming of dragons and bears and frolicking down a yellow brick road. Apparently her subconscious was a little illogical. Today they were going to sit down with Dante and just…be.”
I admit I have not read all in this series but I now own them all and will be reading and reviewing each and every one as I finish them!
