Diana Kelly is the baby of three witches and, like her sisters, cursed. She must find her one true mate before midnight on her thirty-third birthday or risk becoming undesirable to everyone outside of her family. With her sisters happily mated and curse-free, Diana holds on to hope for a miracle. However, the clock is ticking, and she’s running out of time, and options.

Terrence Miles is a lone wolf, loyal only to his Alpha. When he meets the youngest Kelly sister, he’s mesmerized by her beauty and soft curves. His wolf pushes him to claim her, but the man is hesitant. He’s never imagined himself mated. Could their mating break her curse and satisfy something in him he didn’t know was missing?

SummerBlog My Review

This book was a gift from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Diana’s curse is the most complicated of the three sister’s. Her problem, her mate wants nothing to do with it. Tomorrow is her birthday and she is resigned to the fact that she would not be breaking her curse. She would grow old and crazy like her grandmother.

Granny’s been at it again and Diana heads over to her sister Olivia’s, first stopping to see if Terrence wanted to come with her.  One of my favorite exchanges is between Olivia and Diana after her arrival.

Diana’s sister entered the room, brows dipped in concern. “What’s wrong?”
“Grams. She did it again. Why can’t she just leave things alone?”

Huh? Confused, Terrence watched Olivia wrap an arm around Diana and lead her to the sofa. “Calm down and explain what you mean.”

With a deep, shaky breath, Diana closed her eyes briefly before speaking. “Grams said she helped me. I tried to get her to explain how and the spell she used, but you know how confused she gets. Anyway, that’s why I really wanted to come over. I stopped off at Terrence’s to see…” Diana met his gaze briefly before giving her attention back to her sister. “Well, to see if he was a cat or something.”

Terrence laughed. “I can ensure you that your grandmother hasn’t been here.”

Diana shook her head. “She doesn’t need physical contact.”

Olivia sighed. “Why are you so upset?”

“Because I was approached by four males on the way here who all want to court me.”

“Oh,” Olivia said and stood. She held out her arms, and a large, leather-bound book appeared in her hands. “Sounds like an attraction spell. Or it could be another love spell. We never know with Grams.”

Terrence stiffened. While he understood why the crazy old woman would cast a spell, he didn’t like the sound of a love spell. Especially if it worked on everyone but him. Unless he was
already in love…

This family has a lot of fun dynamics and witches have no chance over the wolves.  Unless of course it is a witch denying her destiny.  I am really not sure who was trying to convince who here. This was yet another light-hearted, fun, and very sexy read.  Perfect for the beach or just to relax and enjoy!
