I need this promotion more than I need my next breath.
I’ve worked hard to get where I am.
I’ve held my head high while accusations of sleeping my way to the top, using my looks and sexuality, and brown-nosing have flown.
This promotion will be based strictly on my abilities as an executive marketer.
Nobody will be able to take that from me.

The only problem?
I have to work with Mitchel McNamara.
We have to create a campaign together then each present it in our own way.

He’s charming, sexy, and smooth… On the surface.
Deep down, I know he is an awful, love’em and leave’em man, who will use whoever he needs to—whatever he needs to—to climb his way to the top.

This promotion is between him and me.
One project, two different presentations.
May the best man… or woman… win.

Camille Remington has been working toward this moment since the she began working at Orchard Marketing. Today the CEO will announce who will head the largest and most important marketing campaign and win the promotion to Chief Executive with the possibility of partnership later. She wasn’t surprised when Mr. Orchard called her name, but then he named Mitch McNamara to work with her. Together they had to put together the campaign then they would present it to the clients separately.

Now Mitch and Camille have history. He was a newly promoted Senior Executive and she was still a Junior Exec when they started seeing each other. When things started getting serious, Mitch made the mistake of talking to his best friend about her. What he didn’t realize at the time was his friend really wasn’t. Rumors started almost immediately and in Camille broke up with him. When she got the next promotion everyone still thought she was sleeping her way to the top. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Mitch should have stopped the rumors but he hadn’t. Now they had to work together on this project, the one that will put one of them at the top of the heap. One problem. They both still have feelings for each other that they have been denying for a long time.

This is a fun, flirty and sensuous read. I’m going to have to pick up a couple more.

Anjelica Grace

Yes, that’s Anjelica with a ‘J’ not a ‘G’. You can thank her parents for the birth certificate spelling mix up, but it makes for a unique and fun story.

Anyway, Anjelica Grace is a twentysomething Denver native living in the same suburb north of the Mile High City that she grew up in. She’s an avid reader, and blogger, turned Contemporary Romance author that has an affinity for crazy socks, Minions, and candy. But not chocolate.

Family and friends are the most important things in Anjelica’s life, but when she’s not with them, you can find her with a book in hand, writing, or studying hard while she pursues her other career dream of becoming a Child Life Specialist.

Still new to the publishing side of things, Anjelica started her journey off in late 2018 by publishing a short story as a part of a Christmas anthology with a group of amazing authors that helped and encouraged her along the way. Once she dipped her toe into the writing waters, that was it, she knew she couldn’t stop or look back again.
